Gender, attraction, sexual expression and values of love don't need to be WHAT you want to work ON, (I mean, we can do that too if you want) but no matter what you want to work on, you know Sarah understands a spectrum of experiences and you can share  freely, or ask for help, without judgement. 

Depending on your specific need, if you are seeking sex-therapy (NOT sexual surrogacy - which Sarah does not practice), Sarah may be able to provide your treatment, or an excellent referral to an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, licensed in your state.
